With over a decade of experience in both formal and informal education, Batsheva is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that connect people to ideas, to one another, and to their communities. Currently serving as a Jewish Agency Shlicha at UJIA in London, she brings a deep commitment to Israel education, Jewish learning, and community building.​

Batsheva has taught at Mekif Gilo, a prominent public high school, where she has played a pivotal role in spearheading the integration of educational technology (ed-tech). Her responsibilities included overseeing the school’s remote teaching efforts during the challenging Covid-19 pandemic, carefully selecting and implementing effective programs, and providing training and guidance to teachers. Through these experiences, she has developed a deep expertise in leveraging technology to advance educational and pedagogical goals.

In addition, Batsheva possesses a profound understanding of the transformative power of social-emotional learning. She has successfully used technology as a tool to foster students’ personal growth and development, challenging the common misconceptions that technology hinders social-emotional development. Her approach focuses on utilizing technology to facilitate communication, socialization, and the development of emotional intelligence.

With years of experience in curriculum development, Batsheva has dedicated her efforts to crafting comprehensive curricula, particularly in the areas of Judaic, Zionist, and Hebrew-language studies.
